Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting an  ACCOUNT MANAGER for a growing Marketing business.

The role of the ACCOUNT MANAGER is responsible for managing the relationship of a large volume customer, servicing their needs and looking for new business opportunities within the relationship. 

The role would suit someone who is used to building strong customer or client relationships and who is charismatic and engaging and has the strength of being good with people. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time basis.
  • Salary £24,000
  • Town Centre location and paid for parking. 
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Government standard pension
  • Monday to Friday based position 09.00am to 5.30pm.


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the ACCOUNT MANAGER, are: 

  • Account manage the relationships of one or more key clients.
  • Building strong relationships with each contact, understanding their needs, listening to their requirements and providing the service they require.  
  • Identify areas of new business by being aware aware of current service levels and monitoring what works well for others and informing your customer of that. 
  • Being comfortable talking on the phone and engaging with different types of personalities. 
  • Writing grammatically correct e-mails regularly, everyday. 
  • Provide direction and offer information on available services and potential enhancements. 
  • Consistently delivering an outstanding level of service on all accounts. 

If you have marketing knowledge that would be very helpful, however this is not an essential requirement as full training can be given to the right people person. 

Ideally you will be degree educated or with a decent standard of education up to A-Level and will have a minimum of 12 months experience of working in a customer support/client relationship based role.
