Our client is a small but well-established IT services company with offices in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.

They are looking to recruit a BOOKKEEPER to support the business in all aspects of accounting, from accounts payable to payroll, management accounting and VAT returns.

They’re looking to hire an experienced BOOKKEEPER, preferably with experience of using QuickBooks, on a part-time basis, such as school hours or a four-day working week.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Base salary £25,000 to £27,000 pro rata

THE JOB

Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data using QuickBooks.
Ordering supplies and paying vendor invoices.
Completing VAT returns
Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
Preparing employee wages.
Managing employee expense claims.
Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts.
