Our client is a successful property consultancy business who offer a range of professional property solutions across England.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit CHARTERED SURVEYORS to provide expert valuation services across a mix of high quality residential and commercial property. To be eligible for this role, please only apply if you have strong technical valuation skills, knowledge of valuation techniques and are RICS Chartered.

THE JOB

As an experienced RICS CHARTERED SURVEYOR you will:

Manage both existing and new client relationships
Offer professional instruction on building design, construction, property valuation reports, environmental issues and more.
Assessing the market to complete valuations of residential and commercial properties.
Supporting more senior team members on large or complex instructions.
Drive business development, seeking new profitable opportunities with both existing and new customers.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
