Our client is a highly successful finance business with offices based in Bishops Stortford and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR to join their team.

As well as a highly supportive working environment, they offer training, mentoring and access to the senior leadership team to help you develop your career and grow within the company.

The CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR will be looking after the Supplier and Customer general queries, providing first class support encompassing both Customer Service skills as well as general Administration.

THE JOB

  • Answering supplier, customer and teams calls
  • Liaising with head office
  • Completing cancellation of existing customer agreements
  • Creating and issuing invoices
  • Calculating partial settlements and upgrades
  • Handling post
  • Assisting with reschedule of existing customer agreements
  • Liaising with customers and supplier via email
  • Sending documents via our Esign platform
  • Completing support tickets on in house CRM system
  • Assisting Client Services Manager with additional tasks as required
