Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a well established business based in Royston to help them find a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND ADMINISTRATION PROCESS MANAGER.
The role is for an experienced customer service professional who has experience in managing the life cycle of the sales order process.
This role is replacing a member of staff that is moving on. The CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND ADMINISTRATION PROCESS MANAGER will be responsible for serving as the lead contact for customer accounts.
To be considered for the role of CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND ADMINISTRATION PROCESS MANAGER you may be in a similar role to these at present: Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, Customer Service Manager/Supervisor, Sales Order Manager or similar
