Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR for a highly reputable, Letchworth based business.  

As the CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR, you will be responsible for responding to incoming customer enquiries and processing all order entry requirements.   


  • Permanent, full time basis.
  • £16,000-£18,000 per annum
  • A bright and open plan office with free on-site parking
  • 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Contributory Pension
  • Monday to Friday based position 9.00am to 5.30pm


The main duties included within the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR, are: 

  • Answering incoming customer calls from people that are looking to gain more information regarding products.
  • Noting down order requirements, providing detailed quotations and providing customers with delivery lead times.
  • Maintaining constant communication with customers to inform them of how their order is progressing, informing them at any stage, if there is a delay.
  • Regularly communicating with suppliers to ascertain stock levels and availability.
  • Updating the computer system with accurate customer details and order requirements.  
  • Responding quickly and effectively to any customer calls, both incoming and outgoing. ​
