Ellis Mason are recruiting for a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR to join a highly successful based business based in Letchworth. The role will involve customer service, administration and purchase ledger, all of which will be trained by the Office Manager. 

The company are happy to consider all levels of candidate but some experience within a customer service environment would be highly regarded. 

As the CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, you will join an experienced team of people who all work together to reach the company goals. 

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • A starting salary of £23,000-£25,000 per annum
  • Your share of the company’s profits in the form of a lucrative uncapped bonus

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5 pm 


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR are:

  • Responding to incoming customer calls in a positive, helpful manner
  • Creating and sending quotations as requested
  • Effectively taking customers orders and inputting the details onto the in-house database
  • Keeping the customer informed of delivery timelines and any delays
  • Taking the time to learn the company's products in order to respond to any customer product enquiries
  • Handling any customer complaints and reaching a suitable solution
  • Managing the full sales order process from the initial customer enquiry through the order process and onto after sales care
  • Full training is given on the purchase ledger tasks. These will be to assist the current purchase ledger assistant. 
  • Other adhoc tasks
