Ellis Mason are working with a dynamic, fast-growing technology company based in Hertfordshire in their search of a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE.

Trusted by companies such as Rolls Royce, Asos and Balfour Beaty, your role as the CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE will primarily be responsible for managing client partnerships and act as a key contact point for customers throughout their journey.

To be eligible for this role, please only apply if you have 1-2 year’s experience within a customer facing role, are confident using web based technology and are proficient using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM platforms such as SalesForce or Hubspot and an understanding of employee engagement or HR is highly desirable.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Permanent, full-time role
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.40pm
Flexible working after initial on-boarding
Starting salary £24,000 to £26,000 – DOE
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Company bonus scheme after 1 year

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, are:

Support with on-boarding new clients
Build a strong relationship with the key contacts at our client’s company and act as the primary contact in relation to the account
Lead clients through the customer journey and provide ongoing account support; from onboarding through to renewal/ end of contract
Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system
Keep clients up to date with new platform features and ensure they are getting the most from the platform
