Ellis Mason are recruiting for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join a leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer within their customer excellence team.

This is a permanent, home-based role which is focussed on providing the very best customer support to both vehicle dealerships and direct customers via inbound and outbound communications as well as responding to and resolving complaints.

To be eligible for the CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE position, please only apply if you have at least 5 year’s experience in a customer service based role and are highly computer literate. Whilst this is a home-based role, there will be occasional travel to head office/dealers where required.

THE JOB

  • Make outbound calls to customers to ensure that they are happy with their vehicle and the service provided.
  • Update the CRM system and customer records to ensure customer records and ownership are maintained and accurate.
  • Monitor the vehicle tracker system for allocated dealers and escalate issues if need be.
  • Support allocated dealers with any customer related issues and build relationships with the dealer to ensure that looking after the customer is the dealer’s number one priority.
  • Receive incoming calls & emails from customers and dealers regarding customer issues and liaise between all companies and departments to ensure that the problem is followed through to a resolution.
  • Escalate problematic issues or customer complaints to management when required.
  • Provide the management team with all customer feedback each month from the courtesy calls made.
  • Highlight any areas of concern with dealers underperforming in terms of customer care.
  • Support other team members during annual holiday and sickness.
  • Attend periodic departmental and company business meetings.
