Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting an CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a well established business based in Letchworth. The company require an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customers and come up with solutions to what they need. You will need to be comfortable in inputting data regularly into Excel.

There is a lot of product knowledge to learn as the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE and therefore the company are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and eager to learn quickly.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Permanent, full time basis.
Enhanced holiday allowance.
Salary £18,000-£22,000 per annum.
Government pension scheme.
Free on-site parking.
Office based working hours - Monday to Friday.

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, are:

Taking incoming calls from customers looking to order our products.
Asking relevant questions to the customer to ascertain the type of product/service they will need.
Knowing our products enough to be able to discuss with in detail with each customer, in order to find a solution to their need/s.
Offering a superb level of customer service at all times.
Ensuring that all relevant data is captured online and that the processes are followed for each order.
Handling any customer complaints.
Carrying out any ad-hoc requests that may arise.
