Ellis Mason are working with a dynamic, fast-growing, Herts based, HR Tech company in their search of a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR.

 As a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, you will primarily be responsible for managing client partnerships and act as a key contact point for customers throughout their journey. The company work with large, well known corporate brands such as Rolls Royce and Asos, as well as working with education facilities and charities.

They are flexible with hybrid working and welcome a mixture of both office and home working, 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • Flexible working after initial on-boarding
  • Starting salary £21,000 to £26,000
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company bonus scheme after 1 year

 

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, are:

  • Working with new clients to ensure their on-boarding is smooth and successful. 
  • On-hand to answer questions or offer any support to new clients as they navigate their new platform. 
  • Offering training and mentoring to clients on elements of how to use their new platform. 
  • Building strong relationships with the primary contacts within the businesses that you look after. Offering an exemplary service to them at all times. 
  • Being a constant contact for your clients from the start of their contract to the end. Supporting any renewal of contracts throughout. 
  • Consistently keeping client information up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Keeping clients up to date with new platform features and ensure they are getting the most from the platform.
