Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a DOCUMENT CHECKER.

This is an administrative based role, however there is an element of customer service within the role too. 

For the role of DOCUMENT CHECKER, you would be working within the Technology team and would be support the financial payout process to clients. 

The DOCUMENT CHECKER may suit a graduate OR someone with a year or two work experience within administration or customer service. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary £23,000-£25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the DOCUMENT CHECKER, are:

  • Payout of finance deals and all queries associated with this on the in-house system
  • Carrying out due diligence checks
  • Liaising with supplier and customers in a professional manner
  • Weekly updates with suppliers
  • Following up with suppliers to speed up the process when necessary
  • Receiving finance documents from suppliers and checking that they are accurate before paying out money
  • Liaising with Head Office to ensure new agreements are processed in a timely manner
  • Resolution of document queries
  • Rescheduling of existing agreements
  • Taking phone calls from suppliers and customers
  • Scanning and sending files
  • Liaising with suppliers and the internal sales department to resolve any queries relating to finance documents
