DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE OF SCHEDULING OR AT LEAST WORKING IN AN ENGINEERING ENVIRONMENT?

Ellis Mason are working with a people focused business based in Letchworth.

For the role of the ENGINEERING SCHEDULER, you will ideally have experience of scheduling engineer visits, however, the company will look at administrators without scheduling, as long as you work in an engineering environment.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
Small quarterly bonus which is profit related and so varies but usually between £100 and £250per quarter

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the ENGINEERING SCHEDULER, are:

Booking daily visits for the team of mobile engineers
Ensuring that the correct equipment and resources are allocated correctly for each visit
Analysing visits to ensure that each one is logical, booked at optimum times for productivity, on-time, supports customers needs and stay on budget
Providing quotations for engineer visits
Coordinating everything through the computer system
Planning and booking equipment maintenance visits
Responsible for the fleet of vans, including MOT's, services, repairs, etc
Working compliantly to ISO 9001 standards
Completing documentation
First port of call for complaints
If quiet, assisting in other areas of the business (may include the lab)
