FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

Ellis Mason has the pleasure of working with a highly successful & dynamic Stevenage based business, in their search for a FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR. This is a brand new role within the business and is being created to support the current two senior Accounts staff within the business. 

They are looking for someone with the right attitude that is happy with the role evolving once someone has started and they can see where they need the most support. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full-time basis
  • £26,000 per annum
  • Full time office based
  • Holiday - 20 days, rising by 1 day per year up to 25 days
  • Nest Pension 
  • On-site parking

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR, are:


FINANCE

  • Handling employee expenses
  • Carry out credit-card reconciliation
  • Entering data accurately into the accounting software
  • Raising invoices on the CRM system
  • Supporting the senior Finance team with ad hoc tasks as and when required

 

OFFICE SUPPORT

  • Sending e-mails on behalf of senior team members
  • Entering invoices onto the system
  • Maintaining a filing system of invoices
  • Purchasing stationary and other office supplies

 

To succeed in this role, the following knowledge/experience would be desired:

  • Experience of working in a small team
  • Strong IT skills (in particular MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of Sage software would be a benefit, however is not essential
  • High standards of communication (written & Oral)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, hard-working attitude 
  • Able to use own initiative
