Ellis Mason are recruiting for a FLEET SALES ADMINISTRATOR with previous administration experience within a commercial vehicle setting. 

As the FLEET SALES ADMINISTRATORyou will be responsible for assisting the Fleet Sales team with all administration duties including stock availability, order allocation and progression on builds.

You will need to have experience within the automotive industry in order to be considered for this role and ideally this would include multi-stage build, knowledge of DMS & the DVLA RaV knowledge of commercial, LCV and LGV, however this is not essential.


  • Permanent, full time role
  • Salary up to £26,000
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • 8% pension 
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm


As the FLEET SALES ADMINISTRATOR, your duties will include:

  • Generating and issuing purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Accurately checking and authorising invoices.
  • Maintaining control of costs and carrying out vehicle invoicing.
  • Generating, issuing, and maintaining vehicle documentation such as certificates of conformity, vehicle approval documents and more.
  • Liaising with allocated bodybuilders, subcontractors and PDI centres to ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Coordinating and planning all deliveries.
  • Assisting with vehicle transport bookings.
  • Coordinating and issuing PDI requests and ancillary fitments.
  • Processing of vehicle warranty activations.
  • Generating and issuing customer care plans.
  • Processing vehicle registrations on the DVLA RaV web service.
  • Covering duties in periods of team members absence.
