Our client is an award-winning business within the hospitality sector that has an envious following and due to high demand and business expansion, are looking to recruit a GENERAL MANAGER to drive the performance of their restaurant in Bedford.

You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced bar/restaurant and have the autonomy to grow a brilliant team, deliver an incredible guest experience and help nurture the future of a restaurant where celebrities are known to frequent.

You’ll be responsible for:

Driving the performance of the restaurant and constantly leading your team to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience.
The full recruitment process, from ensuring a continuous talent pipeline to being proactive in developing your team through ongoing coaching and developing.
Day to day management tasks including compliance within HR and Health & Safety.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Base salary circa £40,000 to £45,000 DOE
32 days annual leave, inc bank holidays
