ENTRY LEVEL ADMINISTRATORS REQUIRED FOR A HIGHLY CREDIBLE CORPORATE FINANCE COMPANY

Ellis Mason have partnered  with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them support ADMINISTRATORS for several of their internal teams.

This role would suit someone with a year or two's work experience who is looking for their next move and would like to join an exciting company that can offer growth and progression. 

For the role of the ADMINISTRATOR, the company are happy to consider graduates or education leavers too. 

The company have a great in-house training system and you will receive full support in how to do the role. You do not need to have the same experience as the job duties as full training will be provided. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary £20,000-£22,000
  • Plus every staff member is entered into a company bonus scheme
  • Job and salary progression available
  • Monday to Friday office hours of 8.30am - 5pm on a permanent, full time basis

  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays - increases with service to a maximum of 30 days

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the ADMINISTRATOR, are: 

  • On-boarding of new customer accounts
  • Activating the agreed finance agreements using in-house systems
  • Completing all due diligence checks such as complete customer documentation and signed paperwork, etc
  • Checking through supplier invoices and authorising them for payment
  • Liaising with other internals team such as the team that may the payments to suppliers
  • When required, cancelling existing agreements and re-scheduling them
  • Checking through detailed finance documents to ensure it complies with the internal process
  • Cancelling certain agreements
  • Contacting customers to ensure that the given bank details are correct
  • Creating payment plans
  • Using a portal to upload documents
  • Other general administrative support duties relevant to the department
