We're recruiting for a HR MANAGER on a part-time basis, for an automotive business based in Hatfield.

This is a standalone HR position with a particular focus on providing generalist advice and guidance to senior managers and colleagues on all HR issues and ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.

Ideally, we're looking for CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Managers who have flexibility to offer 1 or 2 days per week for six months from around May 2024.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary £35,000 to £40,000 pro rata

THE JOB

  • Provide support to colleagues ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
  • Provide support to Managers with grievance, disciplinary and capability issues.
  • Provide support to Managers on recruitment and selection.
  • Administer recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, offer letters and contracts, referencing and induction.
  • Ensure accurate personnel records and absence management records are maintained via the online HR portal.
  • Create and develop relevant reports via the HR portal.
  • Administer and monitor office maintenance contracts such as cleaning, washroom hygiene, water dispensers, and fire & security.
  • Co-ordinate arrangements for meetings, travel, and events.
