Ellis Mason are recruiting for a trainee ACCOUNT MANAGER for a permanent opportunity in Bishops Stortford.

Our client operates within the corporate world and due to expectational growth are looking to add to their existing Account Management team. We’re looking to speak with bright, driven individuals and are open to considering school leavers, graduates or people with a few years work experience.

On offer to aspiring sales professionals is an extensive training academy, on the job training and support with the existing Account Management team and after completion of probation a company car, high bonus scheme and real future career and earning potential expected to be £40,000 to £50,000 within 2 – 3 years.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time basis.

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the ACCOUNT MANAGER, are: 

  • Responsible for a small portfolio of customers to generate new business within
  • Expanding your portfolio of customers by way of sales (calls, visits, e-mails, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Call new and existing customers to build new relationships
  • Researching and identify new potential customers
  • Research potential customers to assess their viability as a customer
  • Produce and provide regular MI (management information) and reports to your dedicated customer accounts
  • Attend and hold meetings with both potential and existing customers
  • Produce accurate quotations for customers
  • Promote and sell any incentives or offers that may be introduced
  • General admin that arises in your day to day such as contracts, etc
