Ellis Mason are recruiting for PROJECT ASSISTANTS to join a leading software company which specialise in providing technology solutions to entertainment and sporting events globally.

Due to exceptional demand for their product, they are looking to strengthen their project teams and are looking for people with a passion and interest in software, technology, or web development.

As the PROJECT ASSISTANT, you will be responsible for client engagement, hands-on software configuration using basic front-end languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as travelling to major events to deliver the technology solution.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Permanent, full time role
Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
28 days holiday

THE JOB

Working closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure new client set ups are delivered efficiently and on-time.
Liaising with clients (face to face, telephone and email) to discuss software specification requirements.
Configuring software to client’s specifications using HTML and CSS.
Occasional travel to visit clients to provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting colleagues within the IT Equipment Store with hardware and software related queries.
Maintain excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
