Ellis Mason are recruiting for a LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR to join an independent estate agency in North Hertfordshire.

Joining a successful team which take pride in delivering the very best customer service, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Management team in managing a growing portfolio of 150 prime properties ensuring that the landlords, tenants and contractors are receiving the very best customer experience. Experience is not essential for this role, but to be considered you must be able to demonstrate at least two years experience within a customer service based role.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Permanent, full time role
Salary £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (some Saturday maybe required on an ad-hoc basis)
Free parking
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR , are:

Supporting the Property Manager in managing a prime portfolio of 150 residential properties across Hertfordshire.
Maintaining the best service with our landlords, tenants and contractors.
Proactively respond to and resolve maintenance or emergency maintenance issues.
Conducting credit checks. obtaining references and managing the move in process for all new tenants.
Managing rental payments, chasing late payments and keeping landlords updated.
Organising and conducting periodic inspections.
Managing the check-out process ensuring that properties are returned in a satisfactory condition.
Ensuring ongoing legal compliance with regards to relevant legislation.
