Ellis Mason are recruiting for a MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR for a reputable business to business retailer in Stevenage.

This an exciting opportunity for a junior level candidate that has an interest in both Customer Services and Marketing. The company will fully train on all aspect of the position and are looking for somebody with a positive working attitude. You will be working with a small but highly supportive team in a pleasant working environment.

The role of the MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR will include Administration, Customer Services, Database Management and Marketing and is paying a salary between £20,000 to £23,000 per annum on a Monday to Friday working week of 40 hours.

THE JOB

Sending promotional items
Email campaign management
Ensuring the company database is kept up to date
Making sales calls to existing customers
Organise and send out samples and brochures.
Liaising with suppliers
Handling all incoming outgoing telephone calls and emails
General administration such as quotations, holiday and more
Handling all incoming and outgoing post
Creating reports
