Our client is a fast growing, ambitious and reputable Mortgage & Protection Brokerage that specialises in property finance for Residential, Commercial & Specialist Finance. Leading the way with innovative thinking and implementing Technology to ensure they are ahead of their competition whilst maintaining a down-to-earth "Human" element of giving Mortgage Advice to their clients.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a MORTGAGE AND PROTECTION ADVISOR to based on-site, with a world-renowned Real Estate brand in their brand new, state of the art offices in Horsham. You'd be responsible for dealing with walk in enquiries, processing leads generated by Agents covering a large area, keeping the estate agents up to speed on market updates and trends as well as having access to leads provided by the brokerage company.

To be considered for this role, we are looking to speak with candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, be CeMAP qualified and possess the very best customer service skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Permanent, full time position
Base salary up to £40,000
A generous and uncapped commission structure, realistic OTE - £70,000
1 day WFH
Statutory pension contributions
Statutory holiday entitlement

THE JOB

Guiding customers through the house buying process - dealing with cases from first time buyers, buy to let investors, new homes owners, refinancers and much more
Being a point of contact for customers to advise, assist and explain the process at various stages to ensure the customer can make informed decisions
Sourcing the best options for the clients from the whole of market and being able to explain why these options are appropriate.
Liaising with our Client to ensure high service levels.
Holding mortgage ‘surgeries’ to inform agents, prospective buyers and investors on up to date information, best practice and advice.
Work in a team of mortgage advisors that offers support, advice and encouragement.
