ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR? DO YOU HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTS/INVOICING?

Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting a PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for the UK Sales office of a global company. 

The role of the PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR is also responsible for some accounts work. How much work and the salary will depend on how much accounts experience you have. If you have experience in Quickbooks and basic bookkeeping (book-keeping) that would advantageous. 

The role would suit someone who is organised and who is happy to work in a company with 3-6 people. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, part time basis.
  • Salary dependant on experience
  • Bright, modern, spacial office with on-site parking.
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Government standard pension
  • Monday to Friday based position - 25 hours (5 a day) - Flexible on hours but happy to do school hours . 


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR, are: 

  • Create and update records on the in-house system.
  • Monitor office equipment stock levels and order when necessary.
  • Update the database with personnel information
  • Book appointments in the diary.
  • Create and manage agendas.
  • coordinate and book travel. 
  • Assisting in Bookkeeping.
  • Entering invoices.
  • Reconciling receipts. 
  • Using Quickbooks for accounts functions. 
  • Create and submit reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations.
  • Creating proposal documents
  • Assisting with basic HR and H&S documentation. 
  • General assistance within the office.
