Ellis Mason are recruiting for an OFFICE COORDINATOR to join a thriving tech business based in North Herts.

The OFFICE COORDINATOR will manage one other team member directly but will manage the processes and activities of the wider team.

The OFFICE COORDINATOR will play a critical role in enhancing customer relationships and enabling customer meetings/events.


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time role
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 mins lunch break
  • Salary negotiable on experience – up to £35,000
  • Annual company bonus

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of OFFICE COORDINATOR are: 

  • Managing the Engagement Team (currently 1 person).
  • Continuously seeking to improve processes that enhance customer engagement.
  • Organising work plans, priorities and activities for the team.
  • Point of contact for external partners.
  • Promptly review and resolve escalations.
  • Develop training and support programmes for the engagement team.
  • Accurately record and update customer interactions.
  • Provide guidance to the engagement team on how to resolve escalations.
  • Identify and resolve system conflicts.
  • Production of monthly and adhoc reports, providing insightful analysis.
  • Preparing analysis and presentations as required.
  • Attending and contributing to client service meetings.
  • Continually reviewing processes to meet client’s compliance requirements and agreed business processes.
  • Completing regular compliance checks to ensure approaches are conducted as agreed.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
