ARE YOU EXPERIENCED IN SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE COPY OR BLOGGING AND HAVE A PASSION FOR GAMING?

Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting an experienced ONLINE COMMUNITY MANAGER to work for a growing business based in Letchworth.

The role would suit someone who is creative and who is experienced in creating written content for online forums. 

In order to be considered for the ONLINE COMMUNITY MANAGER role, you will need to be dynamic, great with communicating with people online and credible at writing articles/blogs. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time opportunity. 
  • Up to £25,000 salary.
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (3 saved for Christmas).
  • Contributory NEST pension.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Monday to Friday based position 09.00 am to 17.30 pm.
  • 1 hour lunch break.


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of ONLINE COMMUNITY MANAGER, are:

  • Constant, daily researching of new newsworthy topics for articles.  
  • Writing and creating daily news articles and features. 
  • Creating content such as Top 10 lists, etc to engage volume audiences. 
  • Reaching out to industry relevant contacts and carrying out interviews for content. 
  • Writing opinion pieces in your own brand style.
  • Writing product reviews.
  • Relentlessly pursuing a bigger audience and community.
  • Making multiple social media posts per day. 
  • Responding to comments and entering into relevant industry related topics. 
  • Attending key events (possibly abroad). 
  • Live reporting on events with real time editorial and social media commentary. 
  • Uploading videos and trailers onto the Youtube channels. 
  • Presenting in videos for Youtube - should you feel confident enough (this is not a necessity).
