Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a fast growing, corporate business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a PROPOSALS ADMINISTRATOR.

This role supports the early stages of on-boarding new customers. The PROPOSALS ADMINISTRATOR sits a in team of approx. 5 and works closely with several internal departments in order to complete their role.

For the role of the PROPOSALS ADMINISTRATOR, you will need to be an efficient administrator with the ability to prioritise and organise your daily workload.

The PROPOSALS ADMINISTRATOR role is available immediately.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary circa £23,000-£25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday office hours of 9 am - 5 pm on a permanent, full-time basis
Support & training from an experienced manager.

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the PROPOSALS ADMINISTRATOR, are:

Generating searches on multiple internal systems
Handling supplier applications and reviews
Generating reports
Working from a ‘workflow’, checking in regularly and monitoring queues for supplier proposals
Carrying credit searches on suppliers on specialist systems
Obtaining hard copy accounts from systems such as Companies House
Creating application files
Googling to find supporting information/ financial news
Referring supplier applications to head office once signed off by senior management
Collecting trade agreements and other relevant documentation
Liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers in a professional manner
Any other activities in aid of the Credit Department determined from time to time
