ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL AND MUST BE CONFIDENT IN COORDINATING PEOPLE. 

Ellis Mason have partnered with an exciting business based in St Albans to help them find a INTERNAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR.

As the INTERNAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR your role will involve recruiting the seasonal contract staff.  Although the overall responsibility is recruitment, the duties required involve both HR and administration as well as some customer service. 

For the role of INTERNAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, it would be a bonus if you speak the french language and had a love of skiing! Neither of these are essential. 

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary really is dependent on the experience you bring as they will look at people from admin backgrounds too. However, a range to start at is £23,000-£28,000.

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the INTERNAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, are:

  • Place and manage online recruitment adverts
  • Maintenance of job descriptions, sharing these with applicants
  • Manage applications, decline where necessary and arrange and conduct interviews (usually via Zoom)
  • Respond to recruitment enquiries
  • Handle employment issues (referring on when necessary)
  • Issuing offers and contracts
  • Updating personnel files and handling legal paperwork
  • Arranging work permits and visas
  • Organise and coordinate staff travel to location
  • Maintaining accurate new starter and leaver information
  • Managing employee relations issues (ER)
  • Being discreet and tactful whilst handling confidential/sensitive information
  • Accurately entering HR and Payroll data to be sent to the Accountant
  • Organising online H&S training for employees
  • Assist with the training programme
  • General administrative duties such as weekly questionnaire analysis
  • In quieter recruitment times, assisting with customer bookings, quotes, sales enquiries, etc

Where possible, being available to work a Saturday on approx a 1 in 3 rota throughout the busy winter period would be ideal. Winter season only.
