DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ENTERING SALES ORDERS AND SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE?

Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting a SALES ADMINISTRATOR for a growing business based in Letchworth. The company require a competent customer service individual that is also competent in administrative tasks. 

As the SALES ADMINISTRATOR you will be responsible for answering incoming calls,taking the order and managing the order process through to delivery. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time basis.
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays. 
  • Salary £18,000-£20,000 per annum.
  • Government pension scheme. 
  • Free on-site parking.
  • 8.30am-5pm hours - Monday to Friday.


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the SALES ADMINISTRATOR, are: 

  • Answering incoming customer calls, answering any enquiries and actioning any orders. 
  • Providing quotations to customers with guidance from the sales team. 
  • Accurately entering orders and any other relevant information onto the CRM system. 
  • Processing any orders that come via the website. 
  • Sending out any relevant product or company literature.  
  • On taking an order, checking stock levels and updating the customer with relevant delivery lead times. 
  • Monitoring all open orders to ensure that they are progressing smoothly through to completion.  
  • Coordinating product deliveries. 
  • Offering a superb after sales care to customers to ensure that they are happy with the service and product.
