Do you have 1-3 years experience in a Customer Service / Sales Administrator role?

Ellis Mason are recruiting for a SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join a super friendly Letchworth based business. You will join a small existing team in an open plan office. 

The company are very successful and have a great reputation within their field, they supply products daily to their large customer base. They have a great company culture and a highly positive work environment. 

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time role
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • Salary £21,000 to £25,000 per annum 
  • Annual profit share bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR are: 

  • Account managing the relationship of existing customer accounts.
  • Taking incoming calls/e-mails daily with requests such as quotations, orders, delivery timelines and more.
  • Learning the products enough to be able to respond to enquiries for information.
  • Providing detailed quotations in a timely fashion.
  • Handling customer complaints, ensuring a suitable solution is met and the customer is satisfied.
  • Coordinating returns and repairs, completing all necessary system paperwork.
  • Accurately taking and entering sales orders onto the in-house system.
  • Booking in product deliveries and communicating this effectively with the customers.
  • Monitoring all orders from quotation stage, through to after sales care, ensuring that delivery timelines are met and orders arrive complete and in full working condition.
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure order expectations can be met.
  • Regularly keeping in touch with your customers to ensure that they are happy with their orders and the service.
  • Calling existing customer accounts that may not have ordered in a while to encourage new orders.
  • Consistently providing your customers with a superb level of customer care.
  • Full training will be given on the company software however, applicants need to be competent using IT systems
