Ellis Mason have partnered with a locally regarded business based in Hoddesdon to help them find a SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR.

As the SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR your role will prove support to the Commercial Account Holders and Sales Director. Should you wish to progress, there are opportunities to develop towards an Account Handler or Sales Executive.

For the role of SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, you will need to be confident in speaking with people, you will need to be able to work out basic maths tasks and you will need to be driven. 

All levels of experience are looked out however, if more experienced then they would like you to be from a finance regulated/insurance/mortgage, etc related background. If junior then all backgrounds considered. 

Due to location, you must drive to be able to apply for this role. 

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary dependent on experience but circa £21,000 upwards (will pay more for industry experienced people)
  • Job and salary progression available
  • Monday to Friday office hours of 9am - 5.30pm on a permanent, full time basis
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • Government pension scheme and free on-site parking


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, are:

  • First response for incoming telephone enquiries
  • First response for departmental e-mails such as client or customer enquiries
  • Working with clients pre sales in order to gain the relevant information and paperwork
  • Quality control of documents - checking accuracy before submitting
  • Carrying all administrative duties that corresponds to each sale
  • Offering post sale support
  • Monitoring diaries
  • Assisting account handlers with admin, customer support, renewal reminders, etc
  • Supporting customers by offering our other services that we provide
  • Record accurate data in a timely manner
  • Create and analyse reports
  • Attend meetings internally and externally
  • Assist with marketing activities such as networking
  • Attend relevant training
