DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION OR LEAD GENERATION FOR A SALES TEAM?

Ellis Mason are recruiting for a SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR to join a successful company based in Letchworth.

Both part time and full time will be considered. They will look at people from Sales Support backgrounds or ex small business owners who did their own business development. 


THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time role.
  • Monday to Friday – full time 
  • Salary up to £28,000
  • A commission of £100 per contact/lead found by this person that goes on to become a customer.
  • Statutory pension.
  • 20 days holiday + 8 days public holiday.
  • Parking on-site.


THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR, are: 

  • Identify potential customers for the business by researching in manners such as: Google, LinkedIn, existing database, previous customer database, etc
  • Contact potential leads either by phone, e-mail, LinkedIn message, etc in order to ask questions and ascertain the potential needs of the business.
  • Research competitors of our existing database of customers.
  • Use methods such as social media, calling, researching websites and more to find out the names and contact details of key decision makers.
  • Ask probing questions to ascertain whether a prospect is worth nurturing.
  • Develop new effective strategies of lead generation to maximise your resource
  • Work alongside our in-house sales team and external marketing team to drive improvement in overall lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Assisting the sales personnel with administrative support and ad hoc project support.
  • Continuously looking for new ways and new initiatives to improve internal processes and ultimately attract more leads to the business.
