Ellis Mason are recruiting for a SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER to join the buying department of a very successful PLC based outside of London. The company provide experiences and we are particularly keen to speak to candidates with experience in account management or buying within the lifestyle sector – hotels, short breaks, spas or gourmet.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

£35,000 to £45,000 basic salary
Flexible working, core hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm
25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (increases every year)

THE JOB

As the SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER you will be responsible for providing the best in class experience and service along with:

Meeting and exceeding targets for engagement, new product development and customer satisfaction across a range of portfolios.
Build and maintain strong relationship with partners to ensure a high degree of customer service.
Secure the very best offers from partners.
Use strong negotiation skills to deliver improved margins from within your allocated portfolio.
Monitor the ongoing performance of accounts and identify new opportunities.
Maintain the companies CRM system to ensure accurate records are kept.
