Ellis Mason are recruiting for a PROJECT ASSISTANT to join a leading software company which specialise in providing technology solutions to entertainment and sporting events globally.

As the PROJECT ASSISTANT, you will play a hands-on role in the configuration of the software using HTML and CSS as well as travelling to events around the world to help set up the technical equipment and to provide assistance to external stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role, we’re keen to speak with candidates with an interest in web design or development with a willingness to travel to events around the world.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Permanent, full-time role
Starting salary £18,000 - £25,000 - DOE
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
22 days holiday plus bank holidays

THE JOB

Working closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure new client set ups are delivered efficiently and on-time.
Liaising with clients (face to face, telephone and email) to discuss software specification requirements.
Configuring software to client’s specifications using HTML and CSS.
Domestic and international travel to visit clients to provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting colleagues within the IT Equipment Store with hardware and software related queries.
Maintain excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
