Ellis Mason are recruiting for an entry-level SOFTWARE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join a small technology start-up based in Letchworth Garden City. The company operate within a niche market and have seen great success globally within its first few years of trading. Due to further growth, they are now looking to recruit new staff members to assist with the day to day operation and configuration of their web based platform.
To be eligible for this role, we are looking for self-motivated candidates who are hungry to learn new skills and have a passion for computers, web design or development. You must have basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
The company have developed a bespoke software which is used within the events industry globally. Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a new SOFTWARE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE. You will be working closely with the Project Managers to ensure that new client set ups and configurations are delivered efficiently and on-time. You will need to utilise your understanding of CSS / HTML, IP Networks and windows to manage each project as well as supporting the business in other areas such as the warehouse or attending events to help clients set up and configure the software. This is rare opportunity which offers progression into Project Management, the chance to travel and attend the most amazing events and join a company where no formal qualifications are needed as they will provide hands-on training.
