Ellis Mason are recruiting for a SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR on behalf of a very credible corporate business based in Bishops Stortford. 

This role is to work within their administrative support team and will work closely with both the customer service and sales team. The company are a fab example of a rewarding employer. They offer training, support and growth for those who are capable and have the drive to exceed.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Circa £20,000-£24,000 salary

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, are: 

  • Activating new finance agreements that have been authorised and accepted
  • Completing due diligence checks regarding the application, before activating the agreed account
  • Thoroughly checking through customer documentation to ensure that there are no errors
  • Ensuring that both customer and supplier bank details are correct in preparation of activation
  • Working closely with the customer service team to gain the correct information on each agreement
  • Cancelling expired customer agreements
  • Uploading data files onto the correct portals
  • If continuing, re-scheduling existing customer agreements
  • Handling supplier invoices and authorising them for payment
  • Setting up payment plans for customers
  • Handling general enquiries and liaising with both the customer and the supplier when necessary via both phone and e-mail
  • Ad hoc duties to assist the manager as and when required
