Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a corporate finance business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a TEAM LEADER with experience of working in a finance leasing solutions business.

This role is for an experienced supervisor who currently works within finance leasing solutions.

For the role of TEAM LEADER, we are looking to recruit a dynamic, driven and assertive people manager. The role can offer progression into a management position with the support of management training courses, once you are succeeding in your current role.

The TEAM LEADER position is a mid-level management role that is immediately available.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary circa £35,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on relevant industry experience.
Job and salary progression available
Monday to Friday office hours of 9 am - 5 pm on a permanent, full time basis
Enrolment in a management course

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the TEAM LEADER, are:

Managing a small team
Managing reseller relationships
Handling key account relationships
Managing the funder relationships
Onboarding new reseller accounts
Working with the sales team to win new business accounts
Overseeing the 'End of Lease team'
Implementing new processes & procedures
Training & developing your team
Ensuring that all data input into the CRM is complete & accurate
Recruiting and onboarding new staff
Overseeing the maintenance of the website
