EXPERIENCED IN WEB/SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE?

Ellis Mason are recruiting for a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join a technology provider to the events industry in Hertfordshire. The company operate within a niche market and have seen great demand globally.

They are keen to strengthen their project management team and are looking for people with demonstrable experience within events and an understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

As the PROJECT MANAGER you will be responsible for taking the lead on all major events, managing a small team of software executives, hands-on configuration and set up of the software and ensuring the events and software run efficiently and on time.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time role
  • Base salary up to £30,000 per annum 
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

THE JOB

  • Leading consultancy meetings to understand the client’s scope of work and create engaging solutions for any current problems they are facing to all technical abilities and management levels.
  • Bid and proposal management for each client including objectives, schedules and pricing.
  • Managing multiple accounts and maintaining excellent communication throughout.
  • Managing a team, setting their individual KPI’s and schedules, ensuring attention to detail and time management are effective.
  • Configuring software to client’s specifications using HTML and CSS.
  • Producing an internal schedule of work covering all in house teams for the configuration, design, development, and ordering of supplies.
  • Meticulously testing and checking software, websites and supplies for correct functionality.
  • Creating end of project reports to analyse performance, deliverables, effectiveness, and future improvements both internally and externally.
  • Attend domestic and international live events to provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
