Ellis Mason are recruiting for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join a technology company in Letchworth Garden City.

The purpose of the role is the provide the best customer support to support high profile clients and updating the software where required. To be eligible for this role, we're looking to speak with people with good customer service skills and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time role
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Salary range £25,000 to £30,000

THE JOB

The company have developed a bespoke software which is used within the entertainment industry globally. Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a new TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST.  You will be managing key clients to ensure that they are utilising the software to its full potential, making basic configurations and also managing stakeholder relationships. This is rare opportunity which offers progression into Project Management, the chance to travel and attend the most amazing events and join a company where no formal qualifications are needed as they will provide hands-on training.
