Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find several TRAINEE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATORS

This is a customer service focused role and so you must be confident at talking with customers both over the phone and via e-mail. You must also be competent at using a computer. 

For the role of TRAINEE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, the company are happy to consider school leavers/graduates or people with little work experience.

The training is extensive and provided by highly experienced business professionals. 


  • Salary £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
  • Bonus scheme
  • Job and salary progression available
  • Monday to Friday office hours of 9.30 am - 5.30 pm on a permanent, full time basis

The main duties included within the role of the TRAINEE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, are: 

  • Taking incoming calls and e-mails from customers
  • Building relationships with customers and setting up their new accounts online
  • Using the internal ticketing system to log customer queries
  • Preparing and sending quotations to new customers
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure the timely set up of new customer accounts
  • Informing customers as to whether their credit application has been successful or not
  • Generating relevant reports
  • Completing relevant documentation and sending where necessary
  • Providing system training to relevant customers via the phone
  • Referring any queries to the relevant internal teams and monitoring progress for solution
  • General account support to customers
